I’ve always been fascinated by technology, financial markets, and finding better ways to do things.
That curiosity has taken me down some unexpected paths—from nearly nine years in law enforcement to founding an EV infrastructure company, developing automated trading systems, and building software with AI.
Along the way, I’ve assembled teams, developed partnerships, built prototypes, launched applications, and learned that even the most compelling ideas need to stand up to real-world testing.
I enjoy exploring what’s possible. And I especially enjoy finding ways to make it real.

I founded ReCharged Technologies to explore a different approach to public infrastructure—combining EV charging, interactive technology, accessible economic opportunity, and community benefit within a commercially sustainable business model.
I assembled a 12-person team, led the development of two physical prototypes, secured two signed municipal letters of intent, established a partnership with Modo Car Co-op, and pursued government and commercial opportunities in Canada and internationally.

My interest in financial markets began when I was 14. In 2015, I commissioned developers at FXCM to automate one of my trading strategies. The testing challenged my assumptions and started a much deeper exploration of systematic trading.
Today, I continue developing research tools, trading algorithms, and execution systems, including AI-assisted implementations that have progressed into live trading.

I’ve developed business applications, websites, automations, trading research tools, and creative publishing workflows—turning ideas into working products and tangible experiments.
Recent projects include Boparo, an online quoting application, and Jace & Friends, a children’s-book series I’ve been developing and publishing.

A little more
than what I do.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my dog Chewy, exploring new places, and indulging my longstanding enthusiasm for cars—these days, primarily electric cars.
Meditation and breathwork have both been influential in my life for more than a decade. I’m rarely short of something new I’m curious about.
Some interests turn into projects. Others are simply things I enjoy.
